We have been effectively advocating on our patients’ behalf with insurance companies for 10 years. Many medical insurance companies provide coverage for oral appliance therapy if the patient has been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, but your policy will specify your level of coverage. We look at each patient’s individual needs and help you to obtain the maximum insurance benefits possible. We will help you understand the cost of your treatment so you can make an informed decision about oral appliance therapy (OAT). What Will I Be Responsible For at the Time of Service?
We are an out-of-network provider for your medical insurance carrier and it is our practice to request payment of any deductible or copay due at the time of service. It is also our practice to review all patient financial responsibilities prior to scheduling.
